Out of hours is the whole point of a contract

A failure during trading hours is an inconvenience. The same failure at eleven at night is the difference between opening tomorrow and not. That is what an on-call arrangement is actually for.

Our line does not go to voicemail, and a contract means you are not explaining your site to somebody new at midnight. We already know where the shut-off is, which door sticks, and who to call at your end. Response expectations are agreed in writing at the start rather than promised vaguely.

Multi-site work needs one person holding it

Running the same job across several locations is where most contractors come unstuck, because each site has its own access, its own manager and its own quirks. Handled site by site it becomes a scheduling problem you end up managing yourself.

We take the whole rollout: one point of contact, one schedule, one set of updates, and the sites sequenced so travel is not wasted. Retail and box-store rollouts, display assembly and teardown, and fixture installs are regular work for us.

Planned maintenance is cheaper than reactive

Most of the emergency call-outs we attend on commercial property were visible months earlier. A door closer that has been slamming since spring. A roof drain nobody has cleared. A tap washer that has been weeping into a cupboard.

Scheduled maintenance around your trading hours costs a fraction of the same failure at the worst possible moment, and it does not close you for an afternoon. We will walk the site and tell you what is on its way out and roughly when.

Questions

Asked most often

What does a 24-hour on-call contract cover?

That gets agreed with you rather than sold off a shelf. Typically it covers response to failures that stop you trading: water, no heat, doors and locks, broken glazing and urgent security. Response expectations are written down at the start so both sides know what has been agreed.

Do you work outside trading hours?

Yes, and for most commercial clients that is the norm. Planned work is scheduled around when you are open, so the job happens overnight or before opening rather than in front of your customers.

Can you cover several locations across the GTA?

Yes. Multi-site work is coordinated through a single point of contact with one schedule, rather than a different contractor per location. That is usually the part that saves the most time at your end.
